Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original condition, with all components—such as cords, parts, and packaging—fully intact. This includes original packaging materials like product boxes, pouches, protective foam, stickers, and brand tags, all of which must be returned undamaged. A valid receipt or order confirmation is also required.
Lavinda reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Any items sent back without an approved return request will be returned to the sender without refund.
Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact service@lavinda.com immediately upon receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will prioritize resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions /Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This includes sale or clearance items, gift cards, custom products, and items classified as hazardous (such as flammable liquids or aerosols).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we also do not accept returns on used or opened beauty tools, including drill bits, handpieces, or any nail tools that may have come into contact with the skin. Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To receive the item you prefer as quickly as possible, we recommend submitting a return for your current item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately. This ensures a smooth and efficient exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
