At Lavinda, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Recently, we upgraded our shipping system to provide faster and more efficient service. As a result, shipping times have been significantly shortened:

  • United States

    • Standard Shipping: 6–8 business days 

     

  • United Kingdom

    • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days 

     

  • Australia

    • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days 

     

  • European Union

    • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days 

We ensure that 95% of orders are delivered on time. Please note that in certain remote locations, delivery may take slightly longer.

Important Notes

  • Processing Time: Preparing your order (quality checks, packing, documentation, etc.) typically takes 3–7 business days and is not included in the shipping time.

  • Tracking Information: All orders include tracking. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also view your order status anytime in My Account > My Orders.

  • U.S. Customers: If the item you ordered is out of stock, we may contact you regarding an additional fee for expedited shipping. Alternatively, you may select another style or contact customer service for assistance.

What Is Item Processing Time?

The Item Processing Time is the period between receiving your order and dispatching it from our warehouse. Each order undergoes rigorous quality control, including checks on material, hardware, seams, embellishments, and overall finish.

  • Average processing time: ~4 business days

  • During stock shortages or peak seasons: 5–10 business days

About Taxes & Duties

  • All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customers are fully liable for return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees should a parcel be refused due to import duties or taxes.

  • In compliance with customs regulations, Lavinda cannot declare items as gifts or list values lower than the actual purchase price.
